Eligibility Requirements
- Be an incoming first-year student
- Be a Mississippi resident graduating from a Mississippi high school
- Have a 20+ ACT score (or SAT equivalent)
- Have a 3.5+ cumulative high school GPA
- Be admitted to Mississippi State University
- Agree to live in Azalea Hall for first year
- Complete the MSU General Scholarship Application
- Submit FAFSA
Program Offerings
- Luckyday Schoalrs receive:
- Financial assistance of up to $24,000 over 4 years (up to $6,000 per academic year)
- Ability to stack the award with other university scholarships, not to exceed the federal cost of attendance
- Participation in the first-year Luckyday Seminar course during the fall semester
- Academic mentorship and support
- Access to the Luckyday Office Suite and Community Space in Azalea Hall
